50th Anniversary
We are currently planning one of our most important seasons to date.

Late Late Registration

Roster sizes are beginning to form and may be limited in certain divisions. A late registration fee may apply. There are many changes coming for the 2012 season including a divisional realignment. There are changes in our age groups. We are now allowing girls ages 3 and up to play for HGS. As always we are looking for volunteers, coaches and managers. Fundraiser Drop-Off
Saturday, March 3
10AM - 2PM
Location: HGS Softball Complex - Above the Concession Stand
The fundraiser forms and money are due and need to be turned in for all participants at this time.
ASA Umpire Clinic
Sunday, March 11
8:30AM - 4PM
Location: Portage High School Field House
Please be sure that you have your pre-registration mailed before March 1. If you are interested in umpiring or have questions, please contact the league on the HGS contact page.
Pitchers & Catchers Clinic
Monday, April 2 - Wednesday, April 4
6pm to 7:30pm - Beginners
7:30pm to 8:30pm - Open Gym

Cost $10 per participant for the week
Spend your Spring Break evenings getting ready for softball. Beginning pitchers
and catcher will be learning the basic fundamentals.
Intermediate and advanced participants will have the opportunity to prepare for the season using the open gym time.
The cost of the clinic includes an indoor soft softball.
Pitchers please have someone accompany you that can act as your catcher for the evening.
Brittany Hott Scholarship - Bowling Bash

Location: Cressmore Lanes
Once again we are hosting our annual fundraiser for the Brittany Hott Scholarship Fund.
This fundraiser is used to generate the funds needed to give girls in our league the needed money to help with their college tuition.
This year we will be hosting a bowling outing at the Cressmore Lanes. Tickets are $25.00 per bowler and include: 3 games of bowling, shoe rental and dinner buffet.
An cash bar will be available. We will once again have fantastic baskets to raffle off. These baskets are donated by board members and local businesses. This year as a grand prize we will be raffling off an iPad 2. For a chance to win this prize, tickets are $10.00 each.
