Opening Day
Saturday, May 11th, 2013
Opening day ceremonies will begin at 9:00am sharp on field one with the parade of teams and first pitch of the season. Teams must be at the field and ready to go by 8:30am. Who will be throwing out the first pitch this year?
Games will start at 10:30am and of course, the grill will be open selling all your favorite items. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, brats, chicken and pork sandwiches will be fresh on the grill. Come to the field with an empty stomach, because there will be enough for everyone!

The President's Ball

Elks Lodge on 61st Ave. in Hobart
We are having another President's Ball! Tickets are $20 per person and the price of admission includes Appetizers and Dancing. There is a cash bar and who knows what crazy things will happen this year. Last year the Goss Sisters attended and we had a surprise visit from Abbott and Costello! Dancing was non-stop! We heard some great memories from past player's and we were able to kick back and have a great time! The proceeds go to Fund our Hobart Girl's Softball Scholarship. Mom and Dad get to relax and have fun for a change because this is an adult's only event.
