2010 LATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration fees are $60 per player ages 5 & 6 and $90 for players ages 7 & up. Each additional family member is $45 (with older player's fee paid first). Ages determined as of Dec. 31, 2009. Registration is open to all girls and women ages 5 & up who are residents of Hobart, Hobart Township, Lake Station, New Chicago, Ainsworth, and Ross Township. Roster sizes are limited, please register as soon as possible. Registration fee plus participation or buy-out of fundraiser is required. First time players must bring a COPY of the players birth certificate.
